   Foreword:

   • This is not a pyramiding scam nor is it  one  of those  so called "get rich quick scheme", and we do not believe in any such programs.
   • This program of the3ct.com is a multilevel marketing scheme which is a legal and legitimate way of running a business, that uses independent representatives to sell or buy products or services. Each individual member or representative earns a share or commission depending on the value of product/s bought.The company gives a share everytime a product is bought from the3ct.com, or from any other affiliated store. In effect this program can also be called "profit sharing" scheme. In other words, each member is considered a co-owner of the company.
   • In contrast, pyramiding companies require new applicant members to invest large amount of money. In some cases, the pyramiding company would present itself as  a business start-up partner, or a company that promises to help prospective applicant members to put-up a small business venture at no initial cost to the new applicant member. For example they will help the new member put up a small  retail store or sari-sari store. As an added attraction, they will build the store and provide all necessary equipment at no initial cost to the member. But there's a condition, the pyramiding company will supply all the products to be sold at the store, and most often these products are overpriced. As a result, the applicant member ends up investing his or her money to the pyramiding company. In the pyramiding scheme, the company and its members earn only from the so called investments of new members. So as a result, if there are no more new members joining, or the market is saturated, which means all people in a particular area who are eligible to join have already joined, the pyramiding company and its members stop earning, because there are no more investments from new recruits. At this point, because the members are not anymore earning, they will lose interest to recruite new members and the company will start to decline until it ultimately collapses. When the pyramiding company collapses, most people except the few at the top will lose their money.

   • Fill-up the Personal Information Form. Read carefully and understand the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and click the AGREE Option at the bottom to open the "Personal Information" page. Fill-up the form completely and click "Send". Enclose a clear copy of at least one valid ID which includes your 1)- whole name, 2)-complete address, and 3)- Birthday, and send or return all of these to where you purchased the product. Include your Sales Invoice in the package as proof of your purchase.
   • Open your registered Email and wait for a message from the3ct.com.
   • When your online account is completed by the3ct.com, you will receive a message confirming that your online account is ready. You can then open your account using the Username and Password you have provided in the Personal Information Form you have submitted earlier. Upon successfully opening your online account, a page will appear where you will see something just like the picture below where you will see your name, and how much is your money in your e-wallet. • To sell your products on the3ct.com, send us a message by clicking on the "Contact Us" button on the header above. Fill up the Feedback Form, type your message on the space provided and click "Send Feedback". Our representative may visit your location or you maybe required to submit a sample of your product.

Note:

• Certified sellers can purchase their own products and can be added to their monthly purchases.

About the "Earn While You Shop" Program:

As a member of our program "Earn While You Shop", you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• This is not a "Get Rich Quick" scheme and we do not believe in any such programs. This program is intended to augment your regular income and help you meet your financial needs. This program aims to promote our local products, specially homemade products of small scale producers, by enabling them to sell their products directly to consumers. You may or you may not earn any amount from this program.

• Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to join this program. Please read our Policy on Minors at the Terms and Conditions page.

• To join this program, you just purchase any product or products as listed in this website with a total amount of at least PHP 100.00, or equivalent, agree to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy by clicking the "AGREE" button. Be sure that you have read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy before clicking the "AGREE" button.

• To earn with this program, just make your regular shopping with a minimum total purchase amount of only PHP 100.00, or equivalent, every month. Cut-off date for all transactions is on the 20th of every month at 23:59 hours. Purchases made after this time will be counted for the following month. For example, purchases made on January 21 at 00:01 hours will be counted for February. You can only earn from this program by making your monthly regular shopping, that is, no shopping means no earnings. However, you can still earn profit from the products you sell. You are also advised to refer other members to this program.

•  In-active accounts, that is, no purchases for twelve (12) consecutive months or 1 year, will be terminated. You will be notified accordingly before terminating your membership.

• You must provide us with correct information, as these will be used to communicate with you in connection with your membership and to deliver goods and services you purchase or send any amount you earn. We disclaim all responsibility and all liabilities for goods, services or money which are undelivered or mistakenly sent or delivered to another address or account, as a result of wrong information you have provided to us

• You can have only one account. No member is allowed to have more than one account. If we find that a member has two or more accounts, we will delete his or her excess account, leaving only the first account. Multiple violations of this rule can be ground for termination of membership.
