To correct or update your personal information, please contact us by sending an email to webmaster@the3ct.com with your full name and the personal information you wish to access or to be corrected or updated. The Data Processing Officer (DPO) will contact you within the time required by the law and regulations. Where correction of personal information is not possible, the DPO shall explain the reason for refusing to make such correction.

Should you wish to obtain a hardcopy or printout of such personal information, all incurred costs will be charged to your account.

MINORS

Our website, and all the programs and offers associated with it, is intended only for persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We neither offer products or services to, nor  knowingly collect personal data of, persons below the age of eighteen (18) years (“Minors”) without any legal basis. We will reject all personal data or any kind of information relating to minors or persons below the age of eighteen (18) years and should we learn that we were provided with personal data of Minors without any legal basis, we will delete the same from our database with or without informing the individual.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the Philippines and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the Philippines and process it there.
